The "Victoria" in the title is a cargo ship, its owners are German, the shipping company is French, his crew is Romanian, and its flag is of Liberia). His secret was that Iran was sending weapons to the terrorist organization Hamas.
The ship sailed from the Syrian port of Latakia, (where a not so strange coincidence, a couple of weeks before had robbed two Iranian warships), stopped at the Turkish port of Mersin, and then continued towards the port Egyptian Alexandria. · November 3, 2009. The ship " Francop " was intercepted off the coast of Cyprus, en route from Iran to Syria.
